I only use them once a week; the CNA that comes in is perfect. There is not a whole lot to do. They have Miss Ruth being up to standard, and she is never late because I do have to go into the office. The only thing I object to is the pay.

They're professional, they vet their staff, and most of them are really nice. They help me with a bedpan and an external catheter.

I would like the ability to speak with the caregivers directly on-site. He's developed some relationships with a couple of the caregivers that has helped his overall well-being.
