The person we had didn't have that much experience. With what we needed at the time, it was fine. There wasn't much that he needed; it was more respite care.

I like that they are professional and are so caring. It's amazing how people who are not related to my uncle care for him so much. I talk to the manager at least once a week, twice or three times when something is going on, or even make sure I get an email about updates, which helps me a lot.

I only use them once a week; the CNA that comes in is perfect. There is not a whole lot to do. They have Miss Ruth being up to standard, and she is never late because I do have to go into the office. The only thing I object to is the pay.
