The past 3 months have been heartbreaking as our family watched my Grandfather leave us. In the last month of his life we were struck with the fact that he would no longer rebound in any rehabilitation center so we decided to bring him home, it was what we wanted. That is when we found Hospice and Palliative Care of Westchester. I can't even begin to describe how knowledgeable, loving and compassionate everyone within the company was that our family came in contact with from our first inquiry with them until his last dying day. His Nurse, who was always a phone call away, was such a gentle soul that helped ease not only my grandfather but our entire family. It was really a breathe of fresh air. I am so thankful for the care they provided. If there ever comes a time in your life when you need to use home hospice service for a loved one I highly recommend Hospice and Palliative Care of Westchester.
