My grandfather is in Heartland Hospice as he had a stroke. They just showed up yesterday, and we don’t know about the level of care that they have done since the nurse wouldn’t be there until tomorrow but as far as setting the bed and everything up, everything was great. I was very happy with them. They walked us through everything. Social workers were good. I talked to an RN, and she is very nice, good, knowledgeable, and helpful and very happy with her. The social workers are awesome, and they were amazing; they were just over and above average. I interviewed seven different hospices before I chose this one, and they were just amazing and helpful. They took care of medicine, beds, oxygen. All I had to do is open the front door, and they did the rest. They are coming to our house and helping us at home. We are just very happy with them.

Heartland Hospice comes everyday for my mother now. They are self starters, detail oriented and meticulous. They are also very open and always available. They give passionate care to my mom and make sure she has everything she needs and is comfortable. They communicate very well with the Carefree Living staff, which makes the difference. That is how it should be.
