I was very concerned with my mom having a health aide until I made the 15hr surprise trip. When I met the caregiver I was truly amazed I already had only heard positive words about her but I really got to see for myself. My mom is extremely pleased with this caregiver, she helps my mom with everything she is never ever late and is very friendly this agency was a good choice and this aide gets an A plus across the board. I rest easy and my worries are gone knowing that she looks after my mom. I'm not sure if I should mention her name but but her initials are SM. Thank so very much. Actually there are not enough thanks for her kindness, dedication, respect and honesty all the things that are becoming hard to find in today's times.

Full Circle Health Services is an excellent home care agency. they cared for my parents before they decided to move out of New Jersey to a year round warmer climate. The agency staff and administrator are excellent, attentive compassionate and professional. They always responded quickly and honestly to any questions or concerns that me or my siblings had about my parents care. The nurses that supervised the home health aides are also excellent and very experienced. The home health aides were wonderful. Always on time respectful of my parents and their home. Very compassionate careful and reliable. It would be very easy for me to recommend Full Circle Health Services to anyone seeking home health care services. If you are seeking the best possible home health care experience, all the way around, from the administrator to the office staff to the nurses and home health aides then Full Circle Health Services should be your choice. Me and all of my siblings work full time so it was impossible for us to care for our parents on such a high level. Full Circle made things very easy for us. Honestly, we don't know what we would have done without them. They helped my parents with meal prep, housekeeping and errands.

The aids from this company were great. The agency on the other hand was unprofessional and that is the best I can say. The agency had a problem with the aid and called my family memeber's home harassing the aid when she was supposed to be taking care of my family member. They terminated the aid and because we refused to be involved in agency issues my family member was left without care. The adminitrator of this agency should not be trusted with the care of a dog much less a human being. This young woman is egomaniacal and is more concerned about her title than the care of the patients. This is the agency that keeps on giving problems as I just participated in a hearing on behalf of one of the aids. I recommend that you avoid this agency at all costs.

Our health is okay. Based on past experience this is the best we can hope for. The agency on the other hand is a complete nightmare. Totally unprofessional. You get the feeling when calling the office that it's in someones moldy basement. Phone manners of a 12 year old. Onetime the agency had a argument with the health aide. Keep calling the aids cell phone and fighting would ensue. Then they starting calling the house phone demanding my wife put the aide on the phone and threatened to drive over to our house if not. This is just one of many examples of a badly run business. Thank God we only have to deal with the agency very little.
