I am a past client of this provider

My mom was diagnosed with Lewy body dementia. She what not acting like herself, she was hallucinating, she wasn't sleeping, I was honestly at my wits end! It was taking a toll on me taking care of her 24/7. A family friend had used Preferred Care at Home and told me to call Joe. He would come out and go over our options. I met with Joe and Jodie they were so easy to talk to. They were very compassionate about what I was going through and most of all they weren't pushy. We Started 24/7 care for mom the next day and we only had 2 caregivers which was really great. They were outstanding, compassionate, and always treated us like family. One thing that really stood out is that when mom only had days left, our caregiver Mickie went out of her way to make sure that our family was ok. She always asked if we needed anything, comforted us and cried with us too. This agency made things so much easier for us. we got to be family again and not be overwhelmed by all the stresses of caring for mom.
