It makes a huge difference, especially because we have the same caregiver every week. I know he is being well taken care of. It allows him the independence that he wants. They do a very good job of taking care of my dad and interacting with our family.

They make her take her medications. The caregiver is great, but the company needs to communicate when they are coming.

The caregiver were there when she needed anything. The company respond to me when we in a bind. All the other companies have rules, and Kind Senior Care was flexible with me.

They could cut back the hours a little bit to make my life easier. You have to get them four days a week and four hours a day, and I don't need them that much.

I like that the caregivers are able to make my dad feel safe and comfortable and make him take a shower. We are dependent on them. I like the fact that if someone can't come in, they usually have someone else who can fill in on a moments notice.
