Caregiver Training and Care Supervision

We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. Cathy provides light housekeeping for me once a week for two hours She is an excellent worker, very thorough and particular about what she does. She is pleasant and always on time. I’m hoping she can be my forever helper!

Let me start by saying RIGHT AT HOME has been taking care of my mother for sometime now all the workers do a great job however this one young lady that works Monday and Saturdays from 7: am to 7: pm she is very attentive and respectful thank you so much from the Soltren Family.

I am truely Grateful for all the Aides that took such wonderful care of our Uncle who's not really an Uncle but l will give him this title.. Each of the Aides were so kind making meals that he so enjoyed even bring pizza! Keeping his house clean and healthy.. Helpful with his laundry and keep us updated on the food we needed to restock when we came to visit...l made daily calls to the house just to see how the day was going and every Aide took the time to update me! Our Uncle fell before his morning Aide arrived she got him dressed,cleaned up,called into the office and got an ambulance to get the help our Uncle needed! Our Uncle had his favorite Aides but all were simply so kind and thoughtful.. Also everyone in the office always kind and helpful with any concern l may have.. Even when their days were busy everyone took the time to be there for me.. Grateful for all that cared during their time with our Uncle.. Each of You gave my family and myself Peace of Mind! Thank you All, Kathleen and family

my mom needed a companion in assisted living and the folks at right at home were able to provide support within just a couple days. when my moms needs increased they were again able to provide someone who could assist my mom within just a few days. the team at right at home was always responsive, professional and caring. i would recommend them to anyone !

Right at Home is professional and friendly. The hospital called and said, "Your mother is going home today" - without any warning. My mother was COVID-19 positive at the time. The next day, Right at Home met the ambulance at my Mom's house with COVID-19 Caregivers - ready in less than 24 hours. The Director of Community Relations at R@H coordinated the effort and guided me through the on-boarding process. A clear and explicit explanation of the caregiver arrangement, and payment process was provided within hours. The Private Care Manager took care of scheduling the 24-hour COVID caregivers. The caregivers were all very good to my Mom, and the Private Care Manager was always accessible via phone and email. I highly recommend Right at Home to other families with challenging home care needs.

The girls have been unbelievably helpful to me, especially Lovely. She is like a member of my family. My family even treats her as a family member. I am so pleased with the treatment I receive from everyone.

Shervonne is an exceptional PCA. I would give her 10 stars! She does everything with a cheery attitude. I can tell that she really cares about my well being and thinks of ways to help me that even I have not thought about.

I am a caregiver, working full time. Overseeing care for my mother who is 83, with memory lost. The wonderful support I am getting from staff at right at home has been a god send. From care givers to wonderful ladies in office. They go out of their way, to get the support I need !!! Caregivers are always there, and do all that I need for mom ....
