Being here has helped her most, being present. They feed her, and help her get to the bathroom. They also entertain her. There is a lot of inconsistency in the coverage. They have some really good standard one, but when they can't come, the ones that are less qualified come.

The caregiver does a great job with my mother. The services are very impactful on my mother's daily life. The agency's prices for their services keep going up. We also haven't been satisfied lately with the communication from the agency.

So far its been positive. She really likes the help and the caregivers. So far so good but we have not been with them very long. We could directly communicate with the caregiver instead of going to through the office staff.

It is always hard to have people in your house providing care and doing things you are used to doing. The caregiver has been able to get to know the client and his likes and dislikes. She is able to meet his needs without a tremendous amount of direction. They are very attentive to our needs and check in with us to make sure we have the services we need.

They are very good, and I like the people coming here, but I think we just need to get to a point where we are familiar with the new caregiver too. We have only had them for a few weeks. One person is very good, and he does the best he can. They make an effort to find the right people. That was the biggest problem when we first started. We finally found two people we like.

They do perfectly well, but other providers provide the same package. There is nothing above and beyond they do compared to other agencies. I appreciate their willingness to be here early in the morning for me. They try really hard to keep me well informed about my care and who will be providing it. They try to provide people I am familiar with.

I think they could have a little bit more assertiveness in making sure she is always exceeding her physical needs and mobility. They can continue to encourage her with her fitness level. I like that they find a good match for my mom, and I do like that their caretakers are timely and responsive with the care.

Someone came out and assessed the situation, and he would always come with the new caregiver to introduce them and make sure that my mom was comfortable, which was nice. I liked that the owner of the branch was superb.
