Sarah and her team came into my life at the right time. I just wished I had found them sooner to offer my parents help much sooner! Nevertheless, her team has been simply amazing. I and my dad were at a loss trying to navigate this system of getting much needed assistance and care for both of my parents. My father is my mom’s caregiver, but my dad needed assistance. It has been extremely challenging since I have small children and the nature of my work is extremely demanding. We came at a crossroads when my father had to get surgery that had him unable to care for my mom. By the grace of God Sarah was THE FIRST service to contact me. It was extremely overwhelming because I was bombarded with calls following our conversation; however, after to speaking to several other services it was something different with Sarah that immediately out my mind at ease. It was the best decision we could make. She is very patient and she and her staff GENUINELY care. Our home-care aid, Marcia, has basically become apart of our family. She is ALWAYS there when we really need her, she helps to change my mom, bathe her, offer companionship when my dad has his own physical therapy appoints. She has been an angel! My mom loves talking with her and my dad appreciates all the support Marcia provides. Marcia has just been such a pleasure and extremely reliable. Sarah has shown up in my Mom and my life and made me feel like things are going to be okay. She is a kind spirit, super helpful, very conscientious, and makes an effort to connect and really meet our care needs. I welcome her arrival every time. I recommend her company if you have someone that you love and you have to trust their care to another person. Well worth the service cost.

The owner of this caregiving agency, Sarah, is not only exceedingly caring and knowledgeable but ethical and honest. Only after the agency was finished offering quality service to my 103-year old mother who passed away in January 2021 did I realize how much time Sarah spoke with the caregivers while they were with my fabulous mother. Sarah also stayed in touch with me. Whenever I had a question or comment, Sarah would reply immediately or let me know when we could talk. Caring for my mother was challenging as my mother was used to living independently and never wanted to be a burden to anyone. When it became apparent that my mother needed 24/7 caregiving in case of a fall in her independent living facility and she refused to move to Assisted Living, the caregivers at Sarah's Peace and Love Home Healthcare were successful in helping my mother with preparation of meals, bathing, dressing, laundry, ensuring sound sleep, companionship and more. They did so in a manner that allowed my mother privacy but also ensured her safety. I had hired two other agencies first. The quality of the caregivers at the first was lacking. The second was too costly. So Sarah's was the agency to offer my mother the services needed in a gentle and yet firm way that reduced the daily concern of my brother and me. Some of Sarah's caregivers exceeded expectations. One would buy ice cream and chat with my mother while enjoying it. Another learned much from my mother's physical therapist and when Covid caused a decrease in PT services, this caregiver knew the procedures to aid my mother with needed exercises. She also made my mother feel attractive by polishing her nails and putting jewelry on her as well as cooking homemade meals and bringing cookies. They brought me my mother's mail during Covid and arranged to make sure my mother was ready for my weekly visits during the pandemic. We'd talk before I'd visit to arrange the time and they were always prompt. A nurse is also involved who met with my mother to assess her health. These caregivers are special people because Sarah hires among the best. You can rest easy if you hire this agency because your relative will be in excellent hands.
