We have been clients of Right at Home Washington County for a couple of years now, and we would be lost without them. We have three regular caregivers that provide care for my Dad. They are all absolutely wonderful. They are so kind and caring to my Dad, and to my Mom as well. We couldn't be happier with the help they are providing. But, in addition to the caregivers who are there every day to help with my Dad, there is also an entire team of terrific folks that work behind the scenes at the Right at Home Washington County offices who are there to assist with schedule changes, when they need to be made, and to answer any questions when they arise. They've done a great job working with us to provide the best possible care for my Dad, for which I'm very thankful. Right at Home Hagerstown came in at short notice to provide 24-hr care after our mom came home from nursing rehab. They continued providing care as scheduled. The caregivers were a big part of Mom deciding to be as active as she could be. They completed basic household, care and health tasks. They got her out and about, taking her to wherever she wanted to go -- and helping convince her that she could remain almost as active as she was before hospitalization. When Mom decided to enroll in Hospice care, we continued to use RAH Hagerstown for care. The overnight care was especially valuable. She loved the staff, which were responsible about arriving on time and let us know of any delays. The schedulers were very good about communicating anything to us, and they made it easy to change the schedule when needed. RAH Hagerstown was worth the investment for care. So glad we found them and utilized their services!

They listened to our needs and quickly we’re able to give us what was needed. All caregivers were fabulous to work with even when our family member became challenging! Highly recommend them! 24 hour care for 3 weeks so our family member could stay in his home!

I had Right at Home Washington County Maryland from August 23rd until September 16th. They were very nice. I liked every caregiver that came to my home. It was very pleasant to have them. They helped with personal care, with fixing meal, just ordinary stuff during the day that I couldn't do, laundry and that sort of thing, and light housekeeping. Scheduling and billing were very good. They were wonderful.

Right At Home was such a relief helping Dad with his daily routine. Caregivers were very sweet with him and he loved having them around. They were mostly on time with just a few hickups of being tardy. What was most helpful was that we could reach a live person at anytime of the day or night if we had questions. We are glad we went with them.

We are using Right at Home Washington County Maryland. They're doing fine. I have an aide from 8:00 p.m. till 8:00 a.m., and then one from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Week one was a little sketchy, but now they've got them on a regular schedule, and it's working out fine. It's just really companionship to make sure my wife takes her medication, and have the regular meal on time. It's been a pleasure working with them. I knew the regional manager here, so that kind of helped.

My father used Right at Home. They helped him with his bathing, dressing, fixing his lunch, and going to the restroom while my mother was out. We had them for four different times and my mother seemed happy three of the times. My father had a Foley catheter in place and one time the caregiver told my mother that she was going to pull it, but Dad told the caregiver not to, and my mother never told her to do that. That was a concern of ours because we never authorized or told her to do anything like that.
