She bathed and tended to her, washed the sheet and clothes, cleaned and fixed her room. She was an older lady so she was more experienced. She takes her out for walks and she was just really good. So far, the agency did everything we asked. "

"My dad was hospitalized with pneumonia after Thanksgiving, 2015. He is also in congestive heart failure, has diabetes and vascular dementia. I knew it was time for Hospice services, but my parents were reluctant. Hospice meant "impending death" to them, instead of palliative care and other services. The owner of the company gave up her Saturday afternoon to drive over 40 miles to visit my parents (when my dad was discharged from the hospital) and to explain about the services my dad could receive. He was in much need of an oxygen tank, as his breathing was very labored and uncomfortable. My parents agreed to enroll in the program. We got the doctor's orders for Hospice that Monday morning, and by Monday afternoon, my dad had been visited by a nurse, got an oxygen tank, and a nebulizer. His meds were processed and filled and a chaplain visited him the next day. Hospice in His Care made a tremendous difference in my dad's quality of life, and moreover, gave my mother such piece of mind. Further, they are available 24/7 for any questions we have and are always professional and courteous. The company was a lifesaver for my parents and my family. "

"Beware when choosing this agency. There are no stable workers assigned to your love one. Their staff choose who they want to work with. Your love one could have as many as 20 or more permanent workers assigned to them. All entering in and out of your home The company operates on a lottery type staffing. If you are lucky one of their workers might choose your love one to work with. If you are not, you have to wait until the company locate someone to work with your love one. Staff will sale you a dream to sign you up with their company. I wish someone had told me prior to signing up with them."

"The Staff at this facility was great. They took care of our family member above and beyond. Even if anyone working at the facility was taking a lunch or dinner break if they heard her in need they would come running to offer assistance or go to get the nurse. These nurses see death every day so one would belive that were used to it and this is another person. But those ladies are so different than that. They also help explain everything that was going on with the patient. Not only with the immediate family, but made sure we all understood it. And the social services young lady was the best. She came by every day to offer assistance to the family. So loving and caring. Thank you to all of the staff. "
