"I have been using FirstLight HomeCare for my husband for three weeks now. It has been fine. Their caregivers are very competent. They take care of the person that they're supposed to take care of. I told them what I needed and that's what I get. They take care of my husband. They see to it that he gets a shower, and they will change his bed if they need to. They will do some vacuuming and cleaning around so that he does not fall down on something. If necessary, they will do laundry, they will do the sheet, they will dry them and put them back on the bed. They'll do whatever you ask."

I chose them because I could afford them better than I could the others. They're friendly. The young lady comes around but sometimes circumstances prevent her from being on time, but not all the time. I'm happy with them."

"At Home Care Staffing comes in and helps my mom go to the bathroom, fixes her meals, and just does some light housework, that includes washing her clothes and things like that. They are pretty skilled and they know what they're doing. They're very nice too. I am satisfied with them, but sometimes they don't have the staffing to cover if somebody is not there. They need to be staffed a little more."
