"I started Prestige Home Care Agency quite a while ago. They've just been very reliable. The aides are great. They're really competent and caring. I haven't had any issues. It's just been really wonderful. My mother is happy, too. The scheduling has been easy. Paying them has been easy enough. I have two caregivers, one Monday through Thursday and one Friday, Saturday, and Sunday."

"We used a group called Senior Helpers of Contra Costa and Alameda. I've only had one caregiver and she's very good. They provide home care. They do some cooking, physical care, cleaning, and companionship. I used them for one month. Scheduling has been excellent. Communication was very good. The attitude of the caregiver was very positive. They're very flexible in hours and they don't charge more if you have to change schedules or you want fewer hours or more hours. In some places, if you hire them for less than 30 hours or something like that, the rate is much, much higher. When you're first starting to use somebody, you don't want to hire them at 30 or 40 hours because you don't even know them. You would like to start smaller and then add hours as you get more comfortable with them and this agency is very good that way."

"I was using Qualicare Homecare - San Ramon, CA for my parents. When I was looking for somebody and made a couple of calls, they were the first to respond. They came out. I enjoyed the discussions I had with them and I just felt comfortable with them. I'm not using them right now. It was only for an emergency situation. They were very responsive. They just came in there immediately and took over the care of my mom. They were wonderful. I had to go out of town in an emergency. So they came in and just took over in terms of I bought everything I needed to buy and set it up and stuff. They took good care of my mom. She loved them, and I will use them again. The pricing seemed about normal or average from the billing perspective, I can say we're okay. They were very dependable, very professional, and they were kind, and very understanding of the circumstances I have been in. So I appreciated everything they did."

"Home Instead provides at home care for my husband giving me respite. They arrive on time letting me be able to make and keep appointments. Our caregiver is always professional but has such a caring way about her that after just three visits, my husband struggled to tell me she is such a nice person. You can’t imagine how wonderful it felt to know he was happy. The agency took great care in finding just the right caregiver for us ."
