We used Care Plus Provider LLC for a short period. They were very good. There was absolutely nothing wrong. They were very helpful. The young lady who came out to do the initial intake was very personable. She seemed like she cared. She took time to listen and make sure she was making a good match. They were flexible. There was a little language barrier, but that was OK. We just had a little mix-up with the scheduling, but the billing was fine. The caregiver that they provided was very attentive to my mom. The agency was very attentive to the needs of their client.

I needed care for my disabled husband while I attended a family emergency. They came through on very short notice to help me with care for my husband. Care is always excellent. My husband is bed bound and and needs help with pretty much everything. Care we received is always excellent. I was able to fly out of state knowing my husband would be well taken care of so I would not have to worry.

I've been pleased with Care Plus Provider LLC. They exceeded my expectations. They were very proactive in finding someone with a personality that would get along with my mom and my mom's very happy with her caregiver. Communication with the agency is good. They are doing what they are tasked to do and they do it efficiently. They contact me whenever there's an issue or something and they're helping me with bureaucratic paperwork. So, all in all, I'm happy working with them. My only complaint is and probably would be true for any other care place that it's expensive, but otherwise, I'm very happy with the attention and care that we're getting. They help with light housekeeping, personal hygiene tasks, and just being able to communicate with her. They were accommodating with the schedule. In my particular case, I'm using the minimum amount of hours I can do to reach eligibility for her long-term care insurance. When and if that comes through and she can start collecting her long-term care benefits, I would plan to increase the number of hours.

I'm satisfied with Care Plus Provider LLC. They offer everything, laundry, cleaning, and doing the dishes. The caregivers are very good. They offer very good service. We use them for eight hours. Care Plus is the best one.

We are very grateful for deciding to go with Care Plus Providers after researching many agencies, facilities and residential caregivers. We had 3 very competent caregivers who helped care for our father in different stages of his care needs. Norie, our first caregiver, was obviously high level in her experience. She taught us how to transfer, rotate positions, shower, change clothes and diapers. She used downtime to clean and she took the trash out every morning. She communicated well with us and wrote notes of how the day went. The most impressive thing about Norie is that she was very conscientious and sensitive to our mother’s feelings of having a stranger in the house. Maricar is a pleasant person and very knowledgeable. She kept dad hydrated and comfortable through his transition. She was present at our father’s passing. It was a relief for our family to have the additional support of someone so caring. We were able to keep dad home as he wished because of the Care Plus Providers skilled and caring team.

My Mother, who has two auto immune diseases that have left her very disabled, was given two remarkable women as care takers by Care Plus Providers. They are both very capable and sympathetic personalities who have helped her every day with many activities, including meals, exercise, bathing, etc. She really enjoys their companionship and help. They have exceptional skills in thoughtfulness and kindness and knowledge. They have made it much easier to take care of her. I have also found them very easy and flexible to work with. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a caregiver.
