We hired Gladstone, but a person walked out on my parents and abandoned them. He told us one price and charged us a different price on weekends, but it was not in the contract. The first caregiver he hired for us never came, and we waited a week for her. The care the people gave was substandard. I will not hire Gladstone again; we fired them.
