My parents used Candlelight Home Healthcare Llc when they got out of the hospital and they needed physical therapy for a while. It was a team of people. The people were very helpful. The saddest thing was kind of when they're done, they're done. You can't follow up with them with questions or use them as a reference when something happens in the future. The caregiver was a registered nurse who would come and take their vitals, draw blood, and that kind of stuff. And then there was another person who came to take care of the bathing and any light housekeeping. And then there was another person that came that did physical therapy. They were great. The billing was through Medicare. Scheduling was sometimes difficult, but the people that came to the house were wonderful. Sometimes the schedulers were not so warm. Getting it started and getting scheduling done was kind of difficult.
