Their services are not very good. They have a good impact, but they need to show up. This morning we had a caregiver here at 10 o'clock, and she still has not arrived. It was the same on Friday. I feel like that we are low on their priority list, so we are looking for care elsewhere.

It helps out a lot. I would always love to have more hours. They do try to accommodate me in emergencies with aides. They try to get replacements so we don't have to adjust our schedule.

They could have sent a qualified person. I was only happy with one person. They never notified me on time when they weren't coming. They let me know an hour before. The provider could of done what they promised to do, and that was send people.

The rates that Assisting Hands charges are pretty much what everyone else does, however, they are compassionate, attentive and our caregiver is just an angel and just the best. Assisting Hands provides a quality of care for my mother the caregiver is not a baby sitter but truly takes good care of my mom so that I don't wonder what is going on when I am gone.
