They provide the normal range of services offered by other agencies, such as nursing, aide, social work, physical therapy, to name a few. I have known a few clients who have worked with them and have yet to hear a complaint! One of the most common statements I hear about them is that the patients enjoy working with their nurses. I have heard that this agency treats their staff members well, which I feel in turn creates a good working environment for the staff and this reflects in the care of their patients. This agency is always prompt to return phone calls and always works to provide their patients with all services needed. Overall, I give this agency a rating of 4.5/5. The office staff seems to be very organized and the staff is caring and knowledgeable. I think that both of these factors work together to create a level of trust for the patients so they feel well taken care of. "

"Health Source Home care is located in Troy, MI. They service most of Metro Detroit. They have a good reputation in the home care arena When a patient starts with Health Source, they can receive services of a nurse, doctor, home health aide, physical therapist, occupational therapist, social worker, etc. I have noticed that the nurses with Health Source are very concerned about their patients and try to offer them as many services as they feel would be beneficial. The nurses at Health Source are very involved in their patient's care and work closely with the other disciplines. The one complaint I have heard a few times about this agency is that sometimes the families have a really difficult time understanding some of Health Source's staff because of accents. Although, I have not heard of this being a big enough complaint for someone to cancel services with them. Overall, I would give Health Source a rating of four out of five stars. All the staff members, from office staff to physical therapists, go above and beyond to care for the patients. "

They are very involved in their patients care, have a lot of patience and go above and beyond to offer exceptional care. This home health care agency, like many others, offers a wide range of services including skilled nursing, social work, physical therapy, to name a few. I have yet to meet a staff member who works for Care First who did not impress me. The agency also serves a wide range of areas, going all the way north into St. Clair County. I give the staff a rating of 5/5, I give the time to hear back when calling them a 5/5, I rate level of patient care a 5/5. Overall, I give this agency a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. I would not give many home health care agencies in the area such a high rating, but I do believe that Care First tries to go above and beyond. "
