"It was set up through a visiting nurse of UMHS. It took them around 2 weeks to provide us with a good home aide and I am contented with how the service was performed. The home aides were good and they took care of mom for probably three months. My mother-in-law was comfortable with them. They were a good match for her. They helped her with bathing and they were patient, respectful, nurturing and attentive. My mother in law is not responsive but she had no complaints on the home aides. The whole family is comfortable with the her caregiver. UMHS Home Care provides good home aides and I would recommend them for that. There was this instance though that one home aide was absent and nobody was sent in her place, but we were fine with that. They notified us about the absence anyway. "

"We have a nurse coming in for a few weeks from Great Lakes. It has great pricing. The experience is fantastic. It is unbelievable, the things that they will do. They have 24/7 service. You can call them anytime if you are concerned about anything. I feel like I have a relationship with the nurses that come in. We have become friends, and they are taking fantastic care of my dad. I just cannot say enough about all of them. I highly recommend them. We have a nurse visit once a week and a bath lady that comes in twice a week. You can call them on weekend. I called them on the 4th of July because he has been sick for a couple of days plus diarrhea, and we are concerned. Just the ability to talk to someone is great, and they are always on point. We have a few scheduling problems here and there, but that is just because there are new people in the office. I am close enough with the bath lady that she calls me personally the night before she comes. She is here right when she says she is going to be and takes care of him fantastically. We always have 10 minutes at the end to talk over anything that we need. You are just so informed by them. "
