We have been using this company for my father for the past year or so. If it were up to me I would have stopped using them long ago! Many times we have encountered staff that is completely unprofessional and/or lazy. On more than 2 occasions, home health aides have shown up MORE THAN an hour and a half late. Whenever we call to report them, they just defend the staff and take no responsibility. They also impose upon us a schedule that works for THEM. We need someone to come in the mornings, but if they can't find anybody available, force upon my father someone to come in the afternoon from 12-6, which is totally unacceptable! We don't need anybody during that time frame! We have told them this multiple times but it always goes in one ear and out the other. They only converse with my dad (who is confused most of the time) when they should be arranging WITH THE PRIMARY CAREGIVER, THE PERSON WHO NEEDS THE HELP! Totally frustrated with this company!
