BAYADA Home Health does physical and occupational therapy with my mom. They send a nurse and a health aide, too. The doctor actually selected that care for us. I think it's part of their program here in Hawaii, and the scheduling is taken care of through Medicare, and so far, they've all been wonderful.

The caregivers from Bayada Home Health Care are very good. She's very professional, uniformed every day, and never complains about anything that I ask her to do. She goes to the store, cuts my fruits for me, and cleans my refrigerator. She is very respectful, very clean, doesn't have a strong perfume on her, and is a good fit to help me. They offer a replacement when the caregiver needs to be out, and the replacements are pretty good and well versed on what I need. She does my laundry, dries it and folds it, straightens up my drawers, dusts around, cleans the bathrooms and the sink, and takes out the garbage. It's one of the cheapest on the island. I know I'm safe with her, and she doesn't get mad when I have an accident.

We hired Bayada Home Health Care for Mom. It took less than a week to get a caregiver. Three days a week, she helps with meals, dressing, making the bed, and showers. It's not outstanding, but I'm happy with it.
