They are the best caregivers I have found and do a wonderful job with my son, he has been a client for about 5-6 years and they are the best. I am caregiver for him and my husband and I could really use a 1/2 day off. My Husband has Alzheimers and just had 4 bypasses, my Son is in a wheelchair with Hydrocephlic problems and needs to have both hips replaced. Without the break from ResCare every am, I would not make it. My heart /health isn't good either. Thanks for any help Helen

The manager does not care about who is hired to work in home with the clients. There appears to be no training of any consistency if any and the aides are sent out to homes not knowing anything about the needs of the clients. There is a high turnover and if an aide calls out the client has no one until they find someone to cover and then it is someone who once again knows nothing about the client. The company just appears to hire "warm bodies" who could care less about the client. The majority are incompetent and lazy. If you complain then you as the client are treated as if you are just being too picky!
