Home Instead provides 24 hour care for my Mom. Staff is personable, professional, caring and attentive to my Mom. The agency has worked very hard with me to find the right personnel to stay with Mom. She can be difficult and smokes!! Anyway, I’ve been really pleased with Home Instead and would recommend.

We've been with Home Instead for better than a year. They've provided several interim caregivers and two permanent ones. Their nursing supervisor, Laura B. visits the house quarterly to check on things and react to questions or problems. The agency has always responded well to any questions or problems that have surfaced.

We've been working with Home Instead for quite a while. I think they're doing great. We appreciate very much. We've been happy working with their office, they're very helpful. Everything has been great. Our biggest problem is being able to afford. Of course, they're pretty affordable compare to other groups, but my parents have limited income, so we try to limit the hours as much.
