They could provide me with staff for the hours that I need: the VA pays for services, but he can't do anything. They pay for 13 hours a week, and I have not had 13 hours since I've had them, I've only had 4 hours. The people I talk to are nice and honest but they don't have the staff I need. The VA is unhappy with the number of hours I need. He is trying to get me to get 20 hours approved but I can't get 13 hours of service. They are not able to provide me with the coverage I need.

Just being there and taking care of him was the most helpful. There was a time before he had help when he ended up outside in the middle of the street, and we got a call from the police. They were very caring and very nice.

They're only there one day a week - so helpful, but I wouldn't say impactful. I have had constant turnover. I get someone out there, and they're out there a few weeks, and they're gone.

They were good, but they just couldn't get things straightened out. The person would leave early, and they would send people who had no training. Monday just got to be a time I dreaded.

She actually passed away after a surgery, and my father-in-law didn't call BrightStar Care, and if he had, she probably wouldn't have passed. They are easy to work with, they have a great staff, and they are knowledgeable.
