In Frontier Hospice and Home Health, their Home Health side failed. In fact, they abandoned me and told me to stick in bed because they wouldn’t send anybody out. I didn’t want to see my own mother on their side and they told me, you see that bed 10 you got in your bathroom go use it. I had a week-and-a-half of no service from anybody because they abandoned me. We graduated on a hospice side to home health side because we thought mom was going to survive. I think there’s just a severe nursing shortage in this town, and they don’t have the staffing. The level of service was kind of average. What made me unhappy is the days that they couldn’t provide staff. I complained to the owner, and an hour-and-a-half later his head nurse case manager was on my front door with two other witnesses coming to inspect my mom and accused me of elder abuse.
