All nurses are very professional. A blessing that this group exists in the Santa Cruz area. Timely arrivals, or a phone call, if scheduled arrival is delayed. Provides more care to my leg wounds than my dermatologist. Thank you visiting nurses.

My friend is receiving care from Visiting Nurse. It is excellent. The caregivers are excellent. They clean my friend, and they help her shower. They're outstanding. The scheduling is good. They have always been right on time. The value is excellent. I would recommend them just for their outstanding care and their understanding. The communication is excellent. They make sure that my friend is comfortable.

Absolutely terrible service and follow-up from this organization. Specifically, they deemed themselves-without seeing the patient-to make (non-emergency) medical appointments without asking the family members responsible if they were available, They were unable to keep commitments for patient evaluation or scheduling. This agency should not be entrusted to provide services to the elderly.
