I'm on a fixed income and can't afford an assisted living. I've chose this facility because they are only the facility where I can avail one of their programs. Some of the facilities out there have this age limit for you to get the service, but Bay Area helped me out and provided me options on what will work for me based on my income and health situation. And that was really something!
