They are helpful, but they are doing everything that they can do. The caregivers can only do what they are allowed to do but they are doing the best they can, which is not perfect. I do not know if they can do a lot better with the availability of caregivers. I just do not know if I would recommend it but they are good if you need them.

Covid masks were not worn, required tasks could not be performed, among many more breaches of the agreement by Peggy's. Should not be allowed to care for people.

With someone there for her, it gives her the human contact that she wouldn't get on her own. I would definitely recommend Peggy's Home Care because I have no problems whatsoever with them. The people I worked with were very good, and Claudia really liked the caregivers she had.

She was experienced and had all the aspects of caregiving. She helped with cooking and caregiving. She knew when to wait and when to continue. I'm not an innately patient person but she was. I chose Peggy's Home Care because they were locally grown and any local business has more to lose if they mess up. They were superior to a facility.
