We used Apex for a very long time, intermittently for a couple of years. Their pricing was reasonable, and they had good references and recommended by the doctor. Work ethics varied from caregiver to caregiver. Some of them were excellent and some of them were on their phones or would show up late and leave early. For the most part, the larger percentage, they were very good caregivers. They were very helpful with scheduling around any sudden changes that we needed, e.g., doctor's visits or dental visits. Billing was a little confusing, though, because we received an invoice every week. There would be that lag between the payment and the next bill, so it was a little confusing as to how they were applied.

The staff of the agency are very compsaasionate and dedicated. They did a wonderful job taking care of my grandmother.
