A remarkable experience of how Patients should be treated in hospice. Nurses, staff members that go the extra mile just to make sure Patients are comfortable. Volunteers that visit or just lend a hand to patients that have no families. It truly is "the way it is meant to be".

"Our Mission" is Serenity Hospice Celebrates Life. In keeping with the mission of Serenity Hospice, the staff at our Serenity Houses strives to relieve suffering, embrace comfort, promote quality of life and foster choice in end-of-life care for patients with life-limiting illnesses. We honor the individual's right to dignity and self-determination at every stage. We do not seek to extend life, nor hasten death, but rather to provide comfort and support for a peaceful transition. Our main goal is to provide relief of symptoms so that individuals and their families can create memories and make every moment of life meaningful. Serenity Hospice services are provided by an interdisciplinary team that includes: Medical Director, Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Social Workers, Chaplains and Volunteers. Other services that are provided would include; Symptom Management, Pain Management, IV Hydration, Paracentisis, Palliative, and Blood Transfusions. Our Physicians, RNs and counselors are available 24 hours a day, every day! Hospice Care. The way it was meant to be.
