The Waterford at Park Falls

My mother has been a resident for a year now at Waterford Park Falls. From the tour of the facility, moving in, to present, I have absolutely no complaints. I had toured plenty of places and had family in other places, that were not near as nice. The rooms are the perfect size, and are always very clean and of good repair. The weekly menu has a wonderful variety of food choices, I have also enjoyed a few holiday meals there myself. The staff is second to none. They care about the residents as an individuals and treat them with dignity and respect. My mother needs a little extra care than the standard assisted living resident and they are always right there to cover her needs. They have frequent meetings with all the residents to address any of their concerns and make the necessary changes needed. The staff is always available to answer any questions or concerns I may have, and let me know right away of any changes with my mother. I know I can count on them if need be for getting my mother to doctor appointments when I can't be there. Another huge plus, the Marshfield Clinic/Hospital is literally right across the street. The activities from bingo, live music, exercise class, monthly lunch outings etc. are beyond fantastic and I hear about all the fun when I visit from not only my mother but other residents as well. The building as a whole is well kept inside and out and decorated beautifully. All in all, I have never worried about my mothers safety and well being each time I leave her after a visit. I highly recommend Waterford of Park Falls Assisted Living for your loved one or self.

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. My mother has lived there now for several years now and I have no issues with them.

We toured The Waterford at Park Falls. It was very clean, professional, and welcoming. They have activities, meals, and a medicine dispenser. They have a lot of activities and a very large common area for people to do things. They had puzzles, they were doing crafts, and they had a community exercise area where they did what I call aerobics, but they did it on a chair. They have church service there. The room that we saw was a little on the small side. It was only like a bed with a little bit of room for a chair. The bathroom was good and accessible, but the room was on the small side compared to the other places. It looked a little cramped.

Our mother has been at Waterford Assisted Living for almost 2 years. She is currently in the memory ward as her needs increased within the past 1 year. She is content and well taken care of by the staff. Our family visits several times per week and we have good communication with the staff.

Pine Ridge was close to my family, so we have more time to spend with my mother. She has been there for a couple of months now and everything is just fine so far. They have physical exercise, trips out and about, and keep her super active.
