Mom has lived here for 3+ months now and she loves it. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I love working with Alisha, the director. Alisha is very helpful and always keeps me informed, which gives me peace of mind knowing that mom is well taken care of. Mom's room is cozy. It's small but she doesn't need a lot of space. The rooms are always clean and maintained. Mom doesn't like to do a lot, but she does like bingo. She also loves getting her hair done weekly. Our House Senior Living offers a lot of services, which I greatly appreciate. This is a warm and friendly environment. I'm so happy to have found this place for my mom. Thank you all for taking such good care of my Mom!!!!!

The staff at Our House Senior Living - Menomonie Memory Care is very friendly, and very accommodating. The facility is very clean, and very cheerful looking. They take my mother-in-law outside as the weather permits. She loves that, and that wasn't happening at the previous facility, so she's getting sunshine, which is very good. Her room is very nice, just the amount of room needed for what she needs daily, and a nice view of the street so that she can see the vehicles and people walking. The food, from what I have seen and smelled, it's very good. It looks like home cooking, and doesn't appear like it's institutional food. They're taking her outside, they do holidays, like for June they had June dairy days where they had a cheese tasting. They celebrated with ice cream floats, they take her walking, so she's getting some exercise, but as far as other activities, like if they play bingo or something, I'm not positive, because when I ask my mother-in-law she didn't even remember being outside. The place is very clean every time we've been in there.

The facility is cozy and homey. It is designed to aid in caring for the resident's needs. The staff is very tender and caring towards my mother. They keep me informed on her status and I have a great confidence in their ability to care for her at a very high level. The staff is also very welcoming to familymembers and visitors. I feel at home there. I would recommend this care home without reservations.

Our House treated my Mom as a family member. She was treated with respect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. She had a nice room comfy, cozy and clean. We are very thankful for her care. They offer a lot of activities for the residents. Bingo was a lot of fun for my Mom.

I enjoyed the tour experience at Our House Senior Living - Menomonie Memory Care. The staff member was very informative and the place was clean. I'm having one of the representatives assess things to see if my mom could transfer over there. The person who accommodated me during the tour was excellent. Each room has its own bathroom, there's a bed, dresser, and nice, big closets. They're really nice. There's also a variety. Like if your spouse is going to be there they also have a room for that. They have a lot of activities that go on each day, one of their rooms that you can gather in has a piano, and that's where they have church services on Sundays. There's another bigger room where the residents can gather that has a big TV area. It has a big, nice kitchen where the residents eat. They have a garden outside in the back, and the residents can help plant in the springtime and take care of the plants until they can be harvested. There are a lot of other activities. The layout of the place is very nice and pleasant, they have pictures on the walls, and it wasn't dark or dreary.

I thought that this is a medium-quality living facility. I agree that my grandfather's living space was adequate, but there were some basic necessities absent that he needed such as adequate lighting in the room so that he could read. The food there is good for the residents and my grandfather gets to participate in a number of trips. However, they used to do some trips into town, but these were recently discontinued, which my grandfather was disappointed by. Overall though I think it is a good place where my grandfather gets the assistance that he needs and also has some independence and can interact with other residents.
