I went to Allard Square. They have a procedure where they give one of the residents there a stipend to let their apartment be viewed by visitors, which is really nice. So, that's good that they pay them something. I had a nice tour of someone's private apartment. It was really nice and clean. A lovely lady was a resident there, so that was really good. They have a really nice, big community room with dining tables. They have a library area and a kitchen where they can have community parties and make their own food, and things like that. The physical condition of the place is very, very good. It's almost new. However, it has an extremely long waiting list. I spoke to some ladies there, and one lady said it took her six years, so that's how old the place is. So, as soon as they built it, they must have filled it up immediately. It's a great location.
