The owner does not treat her employees/clients very well. She yells at both of them mistreating them in the sense of respect, lack of compassion for their needs and fires employees on the spot by yelling at them in front of everybody. Instead of handling issues with clients she tells them they can no longer attend the daycare. There are so much things going on at this daycare, that are not being followed through proper guidelines, that I am surprised they are still getting funding for this facility.
