"My husband is living in Wesley Oaks Memory Care right now and it's a wonderful community. He gets great care and he loves it there. I don't think there could be any better memory care than that, they're very good. His room is very bright and airy, and he has a roommate. He likes his roommate, they try to match them up according to their personalities and their conditions and it worked out very well for my husband. The staff is great, they have about three staff members for every patient. It's unbelievable, it's great to care. The dining area is a very nice place, the food is good and it's fresh. They prepared the food right there on campus, and they get snacks in between. They take good care of them when it comes to the food situation. They get up in the morning, and the first thing they do is go to breakfast they have a little time where they pick up their rooms with assistance. Then they get help with dressing if they need it. It's unbelievable how much help they get. They also have activities to keep their brains activated, they also have arts and crafts, they have music therapy, and they have everything. The activities director and the memory care director, they're all wonderful, very helpful, and very encouraging to the family. They're always there when you need them. You can call them any hour of the day or night. To get this kind of care somewhere else would cost even more."

"My wife is the DON and she is in fact an RN, studying BSN. My wife has been in the nursing field since age of 17. She loves her job and loves Rockcreek, Rockcreek is an awesome place, Rockcreek has grown in census and staff, they do an awesome job with the resident, they keep em active and involved in the community. Food is fantastic, therapy Dept is out of this world, and nursing care is great. No place is going to be able t please everyone but Rockcreek really tries hard to please everyone "

"I was at Honey Grove for about four weeks. They were excellent, very attentive. The room was clean and well-kept. It was nice. It’s off the highway and quiet. They have really good food. I would definitely recommend. "

"The Legend was a very good place. I visited because I had a lot of friends, including church friends, who were there. They said the food was good. They did go there and ended up dying there, but I still have two or three friends who are in there. I worked for an attorney for a good number of years and he has a disabled daughter who’s still living over there. So it’s a nice place to go to. Most residents have someone living with them unless they have requested a private room. During visits, I talked to a lot of my church friends who were there and they never complained. It was very clean. I like to go into a place where it doesn’t smell like urine, and I like that it smelled good. It has more of a home attitude because they laugh, and they say ‘hi’ and ‘how are you?' I visited often because I had a good friend who was there. One time, I walked in with my hands full, and one of the residents in a wheelchair came along and opened the door for me to let me in. It was a wonderful place. My friend died there about two years ago but I took care of her myself for a long time. They have a beautiful lobby and the place was very well lit. They had a dining room where people can go with their friends, and sit together to eat their lunch. They could also have their lunch brought to their rooms. "

"Brentwood Terrace Healthcare and Rehabilitation doesn't have many options for things like a private room. They do have them, but they're basically filled up. The best thing that I liked about it is that they were very close to the hospital, just in case they needed to get to the hospital quickly. I found that the staff members were really eager to meet the patients' needs, especially at the memory care facility. I observed them taking care of a patient while I was there."

"My husband is at Stillhouse Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center for rehab and he's doing great there. They have 20 physical therapists and the physical therapists are working with him and he is getting to where he can walk again. He has one leg amputated. So he has a prosthetic leg, but they're working with him. I like it because it's not very far from the hospital and he is getting excellent care. Their staff is also excellent. He has nurses who are checking on him. They have a spare bed in his room, and I spent the night there and they were in and out during the night, checking on him. He liked and enjoyed the food. If he wants cereal for breakfast, they bring him cereal and whatever he wants. It's an old facility, but it's very well clean. It does not smell and everything and it's very well taken care of."
