Recent rehab stay for a family member. She needed a lot of help to recover from a broken hip. The therapy team was great! Even with covid issues popping up, the staff showed they cared. We were able to have our loved one stand and take a few steps. This was enough to get her home again.

The food is horrible most of the time, No fresh fruit Theft is a problem My sister had 6 rings, 2 necklace & 2 bracelets stolen. Also her blow dryer & shampoos/ conditioner disappeared. Majority of residents are put in a wheelchair regardless if they can walk. Lack of activities. Activity Room is almost bare. Short staffed especially on the weekends.

The room’s and disgusting and they never get them up to do anything.I see more nurses gathering around socializing and laughing, while there is more call lights on than anything. The administrator won’t do anything about it and she is very rude when you i’m concerned about your love ones.I found a nursing home that is much better.I wish corporate would do something

I have nothing bad to say about Rosewood. It was recommended by my relative's hospice nurse. They take care of my father. It's an older facility, but the room is nice. He's in a private room, which he seems to like. The food is adequate, and he doesn't complain about it. If he didn't like something, he would definitely let me know. While I'm there, they take pretty good care of me and help me out a lot. However, I don't think the employees on the graveyard shift pay enough attention to him. During the days and nights, they take pretty good care of him. When I walked in there, I didn't smell anything.
