"This is a top notch facility. The price of living is very affordable, it includes all meals, and excellent service. I would highly recommend this facility. I have had numerous patients and friends in this facility. I am a Tennessee Certified Nurse Tech, I am very picky about how my loved ones and patients are taken care of. The patients I have visited in this facility were very well cared for. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The food was very good. The staff was very professional. I loved the care my family and friends have recieved from this facility. "

"We toured Trousdale Senior Living Center. Everybody there was really nice, and my uncle still had the freedom to come and go. He'll be able to take his vehicle up there, and there's no set time for visitors, just anytime. It's very clean, super clean. The staff was very good and answered all the questions we had, telling us everything about everything they do. They supply all three meals a day. They have a big TV in the dining room area for the residents to watch the news and different events. They line up a lot of different activities throughout the week for them to all get together and do."

"I have visited patients in this facility two different time last week. This facility seemed to be very nice, clean, and updated. It appears Almost brand new. My patient had his airconditioner to go out and within twenty minutes someone was in their attemping to fix the issue. While this was being fixed the dietician came and asked the patient I was caring for what he wanted for lunch and where he would like to eat. He chose a club with turkey and soup. Within fifteen minutes the lunch was in his room and he was "supervising" the man fixing his air. The staff was very efficient nd reliable. This is an amazing facility. "

"My mother was in the nursing facility of Knollwood Manor, and I loved it. It was very clean, and the staff was friendly. There was one nurse who was not friendly and was mean to my mom, though. They put her on a soft diet so she could chew her food. They bathed her, and they took very good care of my mom. They would brush and wash her hair, too. They were incredible except for the one nurse there. They had bingo and cards. They had days when they would come in and take the residents to the beauty salon there and do their hair and fingernails. There were plenty of activities for them."

"My aging grandmother stayed at Hearthside for several years and has since moved on to a nursing home. The times I went to visit her I was always happy to see such a caring and friendly staff. After I had gone once they remembered me and my family each and every other time I had gone. The entry lobby has a piano and some exotic birds in a glass enclosure which my kids loved, but I think the residents did too as my grandmother wanted to make sure she showed it to us. They also are located directly across from a city park which was perfect for my grandmother who loves to walk. There is a walking track around the park so this was perfect. They keep a very active calendar so that's nice for those that are more mobile and desiring of activities. Overall, I was very happy with this place. "

"Lebanon Health and Rehab was amazing with my grandmother, they have a good team of employees, they are caring and passionate with the residence ,they took my grandmother in as if she was there own family. My grandmother was given the opportunity too share a room with someone or have a room of her own, from which my grandmother love having the company of someone else. The therapist worked one on one with her to get her strength back and get her back on her feet again. At Lebanon health they have many activities throughout the week, that are absolutely fun, and not only do they do those with the residence but they welcome family members to join them as well. During my grandmothers stay at Lebanon Health they had family fun nights, and luncheons, that allowed family members to meet other residences and their family’s along with meeting all of the amazing employees! When my grandmothers stay come to an end, the employees expressed there sadness of her leaving them. They made my grandmother feel very welcomed "

"The Palace seems pretty nice. It seems like it's clean. The facility seemed adequate and the staff was friendly. They have full nurses on staff and they make sure my uncle gets his medication, his meals, bathing him and such. I have not seen anything that makes me feel uncomfortable of my uncle being there so from what I've seen, they seem to know what they're doing. I haven't seen anything detrimental. The room looked fine. There's another gentleman in the room with him. The interior of the facility is a little bit older and probably needs to be painted. It is bright in there but you could just tell it's older and probably could stand to be updated a little bit. "

"The Pavilion Senior Living at Lebanon Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care is excellent. They help get my husband to the doctor. They come and pick him up and bring him back. Sometimes when I am not available, the head nurse will make the call to get him around. They are a lot of help. They give him his meds and his eye drops. I think he's in a good place. The staff is very nice, friendly, and caring. They're wonderful and easy to talk to. The facility is very clean and they do a great job keeping it updated. He seems to be happy with the food. He's always anxious to get out in the dining room, whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I had a dinner at Thanksgiving and it was wonderful, and the families were able to come and visit and eat. They gave him vegetables, meat, and dessert. The activities are great. They have something going on all the time, like games."

"My father is in Mabry Health Care & Rehabilitation Center. It's a family-owned nursing home, and it is extremely clean. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The staff was attentive to the patients. When we were there, they were doing some remodeling and repainting. They had several housekeepers going around and cleaning. They do a lot of activities with the patients. They were playing bingo when we were there. They do special events a lot. They do a lot of decorations and things like that for the different seasons. They were taking down the Halloween decorations and putting up Christmas decorations when we were there. Some of the food looked good. I didn't taste any of it, but the staff eats there. My grandmother was there when she passed and then my mom's parents were there when they passed and they were taken very good care of."

"Our experience having my mother-in-law in the memory care unit of The Pavilion has been great. The people there are very friendly and helpful, and they keep good tabs on her. They've allowed her to have a room to herself because we felt like she would prefer that. She has a nice apartment. Another reason we picked this community is because my mother-in-law doesn't walk easily and has a walker, and there's not a lot of places to walk. There's a couple of hallways, a main room that has the dining area, the lounge, and the main hall with all of the apartments. The nurses' station is right in those areas, so they can keep an eye on everybody or who's out of their room. They check up on her when she's in her room and make sure she gets her laundry done and has taken her shower. They've taken good care of her, so we're relieved. The room that she has could be shared with two bedrooms and has a little kitchen area with a bathroom. She has the whole place to herself. It's really spacious for her, and she enjoys it. There's also an assisted living side to it other than the memory care, and everybody seems to know who we are which was nice. They're really friendly and often would give us updates that she's getting along with everybody. They went through a transition with her, with what she might need such as medication and other help, so they've adjusted to it and it's comfortable for her as far as medication goes, she seems to be content. They're always happy to talk to us about her, and come get her if she's late for a meal to make sure she's OK. They're really attentive and they keep eyes on everybody. Another nice thing about it is that it's right behind our hospital here, so that's very convenient if we need help. She likes the meals and enjoys the activities. They keep them entertained, and the layout is so convenient for her. There's no way she could get lost in The Pavilion; it's one of the things we're happy about because her memory is off. Compared to other places I've looked at, the value for the cost is reasonable."

"I like Saddlebrook. It's just like your own home here and the people that manage it are very well they keep it up very good. There are several senior activities. There's a senior center not far from here and in the building, there are games nights and bingo and all kinds of activities. I like best the cleanliness and ease of access. I'm very satisfied and happy here. "
