My mother was in the nursing facility of Knollwood Manor, and I loved it. It was very clean, and the staff was friendly. There was one nurse who was not friendly and was mean to my mom, though. They put her on a soft diet so she could chew her food. They bathed her, and they took very good care of my mom. They would brush and wash her hair, too. They were incredible except for the one nurse there. They had bingo and cards. They had days when they would come in and take the residents to the beauty salon there and do their hair and fingernails. There were plenty of activities for them.
