My mom was a resident of Lakewood. We like the people who took care of my mother. They were good people but the things I didn't like at all were the administrative heads. The only activity I saw during her five-month stay there was bingo and that was not something for my mother because she was very distracted. That wasn't an activity that suited her needs. I tried their food. It was adequate and some days were better than others. The facility upkeep is average. I didn't see anything that brought concern but it could have been cleaner. It's in desperate need of carpet replacement. The room is adequate for her needs. It has a bulk shower which was designed for senior living. If I could change anything, it would be the administrative change.
