The pricing at Ryan Homes at Big Elk 55+ was better than the other places we toured, but their location was too remote for us. The staff who gave the tour was very nice and very thorough. They had a pool, meeting rooms, and a gym that was smaller than the other places. We were interested in their separate 3-bedroom homes.
