I visited Tel Hai for my mother, and I had a friend there also. It has 3 levels of care, from independent to full nursing, all on the same community. I think it's a wonderful community. I eat dinner there once a month, and the food is great. I didn't see a lot of organized activities, and it turned me off. The dementia care unit was so large, I thought my mother could get lost there.

We toured Tel Hai. We like the location, the people that we've met, and the price range. Our problem is that there's no housing available there. They showed us everything. They showed us the clubs, swimming pool, restaurants, and continuing care facilities. The food that we've eaten is all the stuff that we ordered off the menus. It's been okay. It's not gourmet dining. It's institutional food and just fine.

I toured Tel Hai. It's a beautiful facility. The staff was pleasant, cordial, and very thorough. The facilities are extremely well-kept. I saw one apartment in particular, and they have everything from cottages to assisted living and memory care. I saw one apartment because that's the one they have available, it was well-kept but they had been repainting and redoing everything in preparation for the next resident. It was a lovely space. They were having an open house and activity. So in the afternoon after lunch, everything was brightly lit and attractive. I did not see any of the food. I glanced at the menu, and everything looked great.

Tel Hai was a very lovely place to be if you can afford it. They are very pricy. The staff was very nice. They help you plan out your move from where you are to where you are going. They help you with the move, and they help with selling off your furniture if you desire to do that. They are just right there for your every need. I mainly looked at a two-bedroom, because that is what I wanted. The rooms were very lovely and nice sized, and they had patios. Some had screened-in patios and others had glassed-in ones, depending on what they wanted to add to it. They had a chapel right on the property, and they had meals. It's a meal plan like at all the other places, and you can get just breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or you can get all three, and of course the price goes up. Any time you need further medical help, it's available there, and if you move on to the next stage, the price goes up as well. They had a lot of activities. They go places and do things. It's just a very active community.

I was very impressed with Tel Hai Retirement Community. I have friends there who are very happy. I was very impressed with the staff. Dinner was home-style cooking with not a lot of sauces and seasoning; just plain, good, wholesome cooking. I am seriously thinking of moving there.

What I like about Tel Hair Retirement is that it has cottages, it's nice, and felt safe. They also have nice activities to offer, a pool, and different clubs for the residents to participate in. They take their residents to doctors' appointments.

My mother has already been placed in Tel Hai. It's excellent. The rooms are very nice. So far, so good. The dining room is alright, and the food is very good. They go on trips, they have groups that come in and entertain them, and they have a lot of social work. It's bright, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff is excellent.

Tel Hai Retirement Community is very nice, but it’s something we could not afford. The monthly payment is fine, but the entrance fee is pretty steep. Everything was very nice and very well done. The facility is very clean. The staff were friendly.

We visited Tel Hai. We wanted a two-bedroom apartment, but they told us we could not afford a two-bedroom, so we have to do a one-bedroom. However, the place was very nice. I thought the housekeeping was very good. It was an attractive place. It was kind of out in the country. They have a gym and a pool for activities.

Everybody at Tel Hai Assisted Living was very friendly. I like all the activities that they have. They have woodcrafting, exercise classes, and outings. They seemed a little less expensive. They have a variety of dining areas. It was all very nice.

The people that showed me around Tel Hai were excellent. The rooms were very nice and spacious. They had beautiful cottages. They had a swimming pool, a gym and a garden. They had arts and crafts that people participated in. I ate in the cafe and it was good. It was a homey and very loving community; I would recommend them to others.

Tel Hai was a full facility and it was clean. You could bring your own furniture in the rooms. The staff were very friendly and they answered all the questions. The food was also very good. It was an excellent place.

Tel Hai didn't have an opening for the styles she was interested in. They interviewed us but they didn't have anything available to rent, so that kind of ended that.

We visited Tel Hai and they have a very spacious apartment. It's a very beautiful place. You can see that this has a peaceful environment. It's just so nice. Being happy has always been the ultimate goal in my life. The location of Tel Hai is ideal, at least to me. It is a friendly community and a great staff.
