We are continually focused on enhancing every residents quality of life for as long as possible. Safety and compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do. In order to deliver the expert clinical care along with the personalized service and attention that were known for, we welcome a maximum of 15 residents. This smaller environment allows our care team to get to know our residents, individually, and to customize a Memory Care program that suits their unique needs, wherever they may be on their dementia diagnosis. When it comes to delivering the highest level of memory care, a one-size-fits-all approach simply wont work. Instead, we believe that every resident in our care is a VIP: a Very Individual Person. And we treat them that way. This might sound like common sense, but at other care facilities, its not always common practice. At Aveena Memory Care it is. We are pleased to offer the following services to our residents: 24/7 healthcare services Full-time Registered Nurse onsite Assistance with daily living Medication management Emergency call systems in all bedrooms Coordination of health services with outside service We are pleased to offer the following amenities to our residents: On-site chef who prepares three nutritious meals per day plus snacks and beverages Planned educational, arts, entertainment, and social activities Weekly housekeeping Laundry Facility Personal Laundry Service Linen Services Toiletries Cable TV in each room Around-the-clock security All utilities/maintenance Each resident's room was designed to feel like home.
