"My mom is now at The Renaissance of Stillwater. It's the most affordable to us. The staff seems to be cheerful, friendly, and accommodating. The food is adequate. We're able to see the facility because of the move-in allowance time. Other than that, it's under quarantine and it's restricted access. The facility looks very nice. We're not really into the activities as of yet. When my mom moved in, she was placed in quarantine to make sure she didn't have the virus moving in. She has been confined to her living space. They put out a newsletter that said on this day they'll play bingo, on this date they have board games, and on this day they have an exercise program. There are some activities for her to participate in. My mom's room is nice. It appeared to have new carpeting when she moved in. The blinds were broken and it didn't have TV access initially, but those items have been taken care of. It has a nice walk-in closet for her clothes. We had an issue with the bathroom floors being a little sleek, but that's been taken care of as well. The staff have been very accommodating. However, the price is extremely high."

"Legacy Village of Stillwater was absolutely fabulous. It was a cruise ship living at its finest. They have everything you could possibly ask for. They have small, but lovely partments. They are modern, well-kept, and very nice. The staff was very warm and friendly. They have a little happy hour, a little bar, and a beauty shop. It was just above our price range."

My family member has been there since they opened and we have received outstanding care. It is very affordable. They even accept long term care insurance. This is the place for you loved one. "

"I cannot begin to express my appreciation for the staff at LInwood Village in Cushing. My Dad has been there for a little over a week now and the staff and administrators have been incredible! Each and every staff member has gone above and beyond to take care of my Dad. From the Nurses, CNAs, PT ,OT and last but not least the kitchen staff. His care has been superb!!! In a world where so many are running in the other direction Linwood staff is staying true to their profession and faithful to their patients. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!!! YOU ARE TRULY WONDERFUL!"

"My friend is still in rehab here. She seems to be recovering almost entirely. She seems to really like it because it caters independence back, she is able to get up, walk down and eat with everybody, and do bingo. She has lost about 20 pounds. The OTs and PTs have really worked well with her. It turns out she is having to take insulin, so that probably affected her memory. Her blood sugar was high, that's where she lost her memory. She didn't seem to know who she was or who I was. They start regulating all the meds and work with her extensively. I think she got another eight-day extension to be there by the insurance company, thankfully. She seems to be doing well. She loves her roommate. She got an 89-year-old roommate. I know she is not an easy patient, so every so often I'm sure that a few staff here and there have lost patience with her, but I understand that. Then they all made up and she apologized for her bad behavior. She is really stubborn. Well, she really likes almost every single one of the staff members. It has been really good. It used to be called Grace, but it was taken over and it is now called Stillwater Creek. It was bought out and remodeled. They don't let anybody in, but as far as I can say it looks really nice. The patients seem to like it; they all seem happy. I only know my friend there, but it has been excellent. They have gone overboard for her. They have regulated everything. She loves the nurses; they seem really caring. They're all nice people. They're taking good care of her, the results kinda speak for themselves. She has gained all of her independence back. I think she is in for another eight days because she got to learn how to do the insulin stuff. They're really good about teaching her, caring about her, and putting up with her. She has been really picky about the food because she's got to watch her glucose levels. She likes the food. They have accommodated her. When they bring food that's got too much sugar or too much carbs she'll just take it right back down and they'll cook her her own food. They'll go and make her a cheeseburger just for her. The cafeteria is definitely accommodating her. They got everybody's needs. They got the doctors in. They had the podiatrist come in the other day and that was kind of special for everybody. They do everything."

"Mom was at Westhaven Nursing Home for about three months, and then since she has progressed, we were able to take her home now. The CNA's were some of the best CNA's I've ever met. They were phenomenal. The building itself did not smell, and that was extremely nice. I like that a while lot. I really was very happy with everyone's service. My mom was in a private room. With their activities, I know they play lots of games. They also have a piano where they can play with it. They also planted flowers and decorated some pots, so they do have activities. "

"I visited this nursing home along with several others and I found this home was more my style than the others. First, I found the people operating the facility were kind and as I talked with the lady in charge I found that her mother and fother had started the home and it is still being run by them after about 30 years. I fould the rooms to be large and person friendly. As with other homes they had micro waves in kitchenettes, a living room and large bedroom. There was plenty of relaxing space outside of the room and entertainment although I didn't actually see any at the time I was there. The eating area was very large with individual round tables to seat four. I really liked the way you got your food. They set up a line of food and you could take what you wanted rather then eating what they wanted you to. If you are still driving there is plenty of room for your car right outside the side door and you can come and go as you please. Of course the door is locked but you have a key! Another thing I like was the area where the home is located. It is at the edge of an area with a number of nice homes and has a lot of trees around it. In the center of the home is a large open space with flowers, trees and etc. and makes a lovely place to relax. Personally I'm not ready for a nurssing home but when I am this is the one Ill go to. "

"My Mom and our family are very pleased with this facility. there are great activities! The staff are very compassionate. The dining process is like eating in a restaurant; you get to choose what to eat from a menu and it is cooked to order! The management are always willing to go the extra mile for all of us. This family owned business is by far a corporation and the love and care they put into the residents, employees, and facility really shows. "

"It was an impromptu visit when I went to Primrose Retirement Community of Stillwater. They were very nice, gave me a tour, and showed me three model rooms -- one that was in the assisted living area and two that were in the independent living area. I saw the dining facilities. They had a theater room, a room that was set up with a pool table, a bar area, and a library. It was very nice, but the location for me being way west of town wouldn't be as accessible for me and my family. They live more on the east on the opposite side where Primrose is. If you were in the assisted living, you do get all your meals. In the independent part, you just receive one meal a day, so you would have to be well enough that you could cook in your apartment. The apartments were very nice and very large. They had a lot more amenities, but they're set up as an independent living center, so you got people at all different stages health wise, physically and mentally. The majority of them are very independent. They do have a bus that takes residents to shopping and appointments. "

"Some of Perry Green Valley Nursing Center facilities are older but the care is really good, and it's satisfying for what we need. The staff has been really great. His room there is newer and it's a good room. The residents would gather at an area there to do exercise at 10 in the morning, and they also do bingo. Their food is really good."
