Every time I go to visit is smells like urine, the residents are moaning and always need something, the workers are always outside smoking, I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

My husband and I were looking for a vent facility for my mother in law. We went by this facility and there were old cars with flat tires in the parking lot. It looked like a motel that was coverted into a Long term facility. There was no sign in the front to even identify what this building was. There were people slumped over in their wheelchairs sitting in the window. We did not even go in to look on the inside it looked so bad on the outside
