My mother was a resident there for 4 years (2011-2015). The staff was wonderful and I believe they truly loved my mother and all the residents there. I was always kept informed on what was happening with mom, so the communication was wonderfully reassuring. The staff kept everything very clean and nice. The food was wonderful! Unfortunately, due to a huge price hike, we had to move mom to another facility. Just hoping the new place can live up to our Plantation Village experience.

great rooms. Cleanliness is hit and miss. My mom was happy there for six years. The place is understaffed and slow to respond to patients.

Nurses are very caring but unfortunately the facility does not keep up on simple maintenance issues. Towels are like garage rags. Walls are patched but not painted. Mother is unable to get any bacon at early breakfast. When she was at rehab they were very under staffed and call lights were going off continuously and the aide did not get to the showers most the time.

Poorly managed. Residents are moved to different area of facility with out proper notice or documentation. Resident left facility to go to Doctor appointment and when she returned all her things had been moved. Skilled unit has over worked and under appreciated. Nurses. Towels are like old bar rags. As said. " poorly managed "

Plantation is a really nice place and looked clean. We went on the inside of it. We didn’t even look at the room, but it smelled nice and looked nice, and I would guess that it was just excellent.

My dad was in this facility for about 5 or 6 years. The facility is very clean and the staff is wonderful. They answer the call light quickly. I know because I spent many many days with my dad....They would come in his room to clean and do any needed laundry. The staff would just drop by his room to check on him and chat with him to make him feel special.... i Love This facility and the staff....Holidays were always special there... Thank you Plantation for making my dads last years wonderful!!!!

The staff is caring. They try to make sure everything you need is available to you. There is a salon onsite for people who like to be pampered. There is transportation available to take you shopping and on outtings such as them movies, bingo, and various other things. They keep the facility very clean so there is no smell to worry about. They also take the time to make sure everyone is doing well and if they need something they will try to get it if at all possible
