My brother moved to Parkcliffe Community at Northwood. It fits our budget. I don't see staff very often, though. They're all friendly, but when it's time for me to leave, I never see them to let me out. I don't know where they are. I would like more communication. We've asked several times what his weight is, if it has changed, and if he has bathed, but I don't see them. They don't really talk to us. The facility could use some updating and a little cleaning. Walking upstairs, the handrail is disgusting. There are no activities. When we visit, we entertain them ourselves. The price is lower than anywhere else around here, but families should be proactive, ask questions, and get answers because you're on your own.
