"I can't say enough about this facility. The aides and nursing staff are so caring and work so hard to see that all the residents are happy. My dad has been there for 2 1/2 years and is thriving! There are daily activities with a wonderful recreation staff that treat each resident like a family member. The social service staff is always going above and beyond to see that each resident's need are met. The kitchen staff is always asking what Dad would like and see to it that he gets it. I love this place and highly recommend it. "

"We have had numerous meetings with the director of the facility (Tom) and the staff or "Team" in charge of my mother's "Care". Unfortunately despite the meetings and our voiced complaints the same issues continue. One of our main concerns is my mother is supposed to get her medication at 8:30 AM, very seldom does this happen. She will get her meds as late as 10AM and at times after 11am. Even after pleading with the nurse that our mother is in pain could she please get her the medicine, we were told she needs to wait her turn. The delivery of food has been very inconsistent as well 8:00 Am breakfast not coming until well after 9:00 Am and dinners served at after 7 PM at night. Our mother has to use a bed pan and has been told at times by staff on duty a bed pan is unavailable and that she should just relieve herself in her pants/diaper. She has also been told that she needs to urinate too much and will just have to wait to use the bed pan. This is even after my mother pleaded with staff letting them know that she is taking a lasiix's for the swelling in her extremities, this helps her pass fluids and causes frequent urination. This doesn't mean all the staff there are bad, as there are some very caring individuals, When they those people are not around our mother suffers the consequences. "

"I just finished a 5 week stint at the rehab portion of Water's Edge. I had never been in Rehab before and had no Idea what to expect. The people who work here are the nicest and most caring professionals I have ever met. The nurses, aids and therapists go out of their way to help and care for their patients. I had several health issues while there and they were all addressed and handledwith care and professionalism. The food was good. There were some misses but many more hits. If I had to give them a grade it would be an 80+. The staff is great and I would recommend Water's Edge highly. I'm home now but I miss many of the caregivers there."

"We chose The Village at McLean Living & Care. A friend recommended it. This one just really fits our needs and wants right now. It's a CCRC. We've seen all the levels, but we have chosen independent and they're building a brand new building that's state-of-the-art, and it is just independent living. Even though there's other care on the campus, it's separate from this building. It's in the process of being constructed and it's expected to be finished on June 20, 2022. The newer building is not completed on the outside, but it's going to be beautiful. It's outstanding. It's a five-star rated place. They have good-sized apartments there with many, many, many amenities that we are interested in. We're very impressed. It's light and airy and spacious. There's a lot of open space there. The decor is attractive and cheerful, and it seems very clean and very well organized. The staff was outstanding. Their service was excellent. There's a country club next door and we ate there and it was very good. They had many offerings to make their residents happy. They give you a free social membership to the country club and reduced rates at the golf course. It's an amazing place. There's a lot of socialization. They have different groups with the arts. They are building a performing arts center right in the building. They have a gym, a pool, all kinds of aerobics classes, libraries, and different types of eating areas. They have suites there that if you have family or friends that want to come, they can stay in one of the suites there that are reserved for guests. There are so many things. It's top-notch."

"Seabury Meadows is a top-notch Memory Care facility. A geriatric physician or nurse practitioner is on site weekly so it's a 1-stop shop for health care. The staff is outstanding. The facility is pleasant. There are constant activities. It is laid out in a four-wing X with 13 rooms per wing and a large common area for activities. Each wing as separate a separate dining area and television/sitting area. There is a fenced large courtyard so residents are able to go outside. As part of a CCRC, there is also skilled nursing across the driveway so hospital rehab is fully integrated. My mother made use of that twice and the skilled nursing part of the facility is equally outstanding. I would recommend the facility to anyone without hesitation."

"Always impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The cleaning crew work on holidays. The staff seems to care about their patients and for the most part are very easy to get to know. Small size of the facility and the reasonably new construction leads to wide hallways and very comfortable room sizes. The outdoor area is a great asset and easily accessable. The food service is excellent and veried. Hard to not like the meals. Office staff has been very helpful with paperwork and any questions. "

"My mom is in rehab at St Mary Home. The facility is very clean. The people are friendly. If my mom needs assistance, they are always there, so I have no complaints. My mom is in a private room that's right next to another room, but they share the same bathroom. They have a room where they play music, and somebody plays the piano. My mother has physical therapy every day. She has a walker, but she's beginning to walk better. My mom loves the meals. She has insurance, so it was covered."

"This nursing home is very well staffed and also very clean compared to other nursing homes in the area. They have quite a few Alzheimer's/Dementia patients there and they have a unit that is locked 24 hours for some of these patients who are at risk of wandering. My Dad has been there for 6 months and has been doing extremely well, under the circumstances of his illness. Their Rehab//Physical Therapy unit is fantastic and they have helped my Dad to be able to walk with a walker instead of being in his wheelchair. I would recommend this nursing home to anyone thinking of transitioning their loved one. "

"I was able to visit Hughes Health & Rehabilitation. There were a couple of reasons why I didn’t want to place my husband there. One was that there wasn't a separate parking lot, so you had to park on the street. I do have a handicapped parking permit tag to be able to park wherever I wanted, so I had to use one of the three spots on the side of the front lawn for handicapped people. I would improve the parking. The facility was a very old building. Part of the patio was attached to this huge house, like a mansion. Unfortunately, I found this to be a very old a facility; although it seemed adequate, and I didn’t think my husband would like it there. It was just kind of dreary and dark, and the atmosphere was quite depressing to me. I did see the rooms, but only from the doorway. I would not feel comfortable driving there and being there, especially at night. I was uncomfortable. I would like to have brought my husband to this facility, not only for rehab but also for long-term care, but I don’t think he would be comfortable. The dining area was located off one of the corridors with nice, big, round tables. It was bright, and the food was attached to a kitchen for that particular wing or section of the rehab facility. I could see that they had celebrated holidays, and people are allowed to visit anytime. "
