Minot Lodge Senior Living

I'm moving into Minot Lodge Senior Living. I like the size of the apartments, they're very big, and there is lots of space. I especially like the personnel who helped me. I think her name is Danielle. She was a very nice lady. I think she is one of the head people there. She is the reason I chose it. We're both from Hawaii. From what I've seen, the physical community was really clean. The staff was really helpful. There were a lot of activities, but I didn't see too much. I went, looked at the apartment, came back to the office, and signed the papers. It looked great to me, that's why I want to move there.

I was over at Minot Lodge Senior Living and got a tour. The appearance was very nice. The staff was very nice and very informative. The space was very well utilized. It's not big compared to some of them, but it's very, very nice. All the amenities were there. They had games and a meal area. Some staff and volunteers were putting up Christmas decorations when I was there, and it looked very nice. They have a lot of things and a lot of activities there every day, including food, of course.

Minot Lodge Senior Living seemed welcoming. The tour guide was probably more informative than the tour guide at the other place. It was good, clean, and welcoming. We were shown the amenities, like the hair salon and the activities room. It was a nice tour. We were shown the different types of rooms. They allowed pets. My friend has two dogs, and that's something that she will never give up. They had a patio out there and that was right next to a pond. It had nice outdoor amenities if you wanted to sit outside or be out on the lawn or whichever. They had a room that you could reserve if you had like family get-togethers and things like that.

My parents have moved here. They're pet friendly. Everybody is wonderful. They're very welcoming. They answer any questions. My dad said that the food has been good. They're enjoying it. They have arts and crafts, cards, coffee and cookie time, singing, and music. They've only been there a couple of days, so they haven't taken in a whole lot. Their apartment is the perfect size for the two of them. They have a separate bedroom and everything else is open. I have seen probably six or seven different common areas where people can gather. The furniture is nice, and everything is welcoming.

The tour at The Wellington was fantastic. The person who gave the tour was amazing, very knowledgeable, and very upbeat, and it was just a beautiful place. It was very nice and very clean. They have a nice salon, a place for church services, and a garden -- like a back area. It was a nice view. They have a nice dining area.

My dad is living here and so far we're very happy with it. They take wonderful care of my dad. The food is wonderful and great. The staff is wonderful, really caring and attentive. They have Bingo, movie nights, and different Pinochle tournaments.
