I toured Bozeman Health Hillcrest Senior Living. My father had heard about it from some friends, and we went and visited a number of times, and they were always really gracious and really friendly and welcoming. We liked the facility. It looks really nice. It has independent and assisted living there if he needs it. It has a nice restaurant, nice dining room, and people that have been there, a lot of them have been there for many years. A lot of them had work there, and it's close to the hospital. It's close to my sister's house, and he really wanted to go, so that was good. The person in charge, she has done a lot of things for us, and she's always answered our calls and has taken us around numerous times. She has called my sister and father and is always available. The facility looks really good. It looked really clean every time we went there.

The Bozeman Health Hillcrest Senior Living has two places. They have one community they call Aspen Pointe which is their independent living, and there's a facility attached to it called something else I don't remember, which is their assisted living. I toured the independent living part. It was a beautiful facility and the person who gave me the tour was very knowledgeable. They have very good food there, and it was just a very nice facility overall. It appeared very clean everywhere we went. I visited a couple of different apartments and they were very clean and very well-kept. One of them had been moved out recently and there were people there cleaning while I was there.

Hillcrest Birchwood just looked like a very nice and very positive environment. The people there seemed very happy and active. The surroundings and neighborhood are very nice. They have walking paths around the exterior; they have a game room and a library. The rooms are very nice and roomy. Our daughter and granddaughters live in Bozeman, MT and we would have family nearby.
