When we visited Auburn Creek, it was on a Saturday, the administrator just happened to be there, and he was very willing to give us a tour. It is a good place, they take good care of dad, and he is doing really well there. The people are very nice and friendly there. It’s a good size facility -- not too big, not real small -- but all the employees are very friendly, caring, and does a very good job. It’s a very clean place that doesn’t look like a nursing home; it just looks more comfortable. If they don’t like what they are serving, they have other things they can choose from, and the time we were there, there was a woman that didn’t like what was served and they offered her two or three other things; they pleased them as they want them to eat. They do something every day and they have a calendar up of what’s going on. They go to Walmart weekly, they go other places, and they will take them to their doctor’s appointments. He is probably not happy that he is there -- nothing to do with the facility -- just that he didn’t want to move out of his house, but he has told me that all the people that work there are very nice and very friendly to him. I can’t think of anything bad to say about it. I’m satisfied with what I’ve seen in the services and people, and I would recommend them.

It was dirty and smelled of feces. My Grandfather was hurt by the staff while they were helping him bathe. The staff was very indifferent when it came to the needs of their patients. The food was MUSH, and it was outrageously expensive
